Make a Utility Payment

Bills will be available by the 5th of the month and are due on the 20th of every month at 11:59 pm. There are multiple ways to pay your bill including paperless billing. Visit http://www.paymyinframarkbill.com/www.paymyinframarkbill.com for billing options.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that bills are paid on time. Late fees will be assessed at 12 am on the 21st, followed by a delinquency letter, red tag, then disconnection approximately two weeks after the bill is due. Failure to pay your bill can and will result in the water being turned off.

We accept money orders, personal and cashiers check for utility payments. Debit and credit card payments can be made via the new online bill pay Resident Portal (a processing fee applies). Cash is not accepted.
