This road has been reopened.

We are writing to inform you that Frisco West Water Control & Improvement District has contracted Capko Concrete Structures to repair a section of pavement in your subdivision on Winter Hill Drive.

During the repairs a section of Winter Hill Drive will be barricaded, effectively closing that section of the roadway from travel. Please do not park on the street in the area near the intersection of Frisco Hills Blvd. & Winter Hill Drive shown below:

All homeowners will still be able to access their driveways and detours will be posted to direct drivers around the road closure. This project is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and improve the overall infrastructure in our community.

Construction is scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. We anticipate that there may be some temporary disruptions and inconveniences during this period, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
